mSwing is a truly unique exercise experience. It uses movements that arc, flow and swing through the air. Clients can use light weights between 0 to 5kgs. People can work at their own level and it is accessible for anyone at any level of fitness level and any ability
Participants can work at their own pace, at their own intensity and range of movement. That means that everyone can get involved in exercise. It improves:
- Joint strength
- Muscle strength and elasticity
- Cardiovascular fitness
- and it will help people to move better
Mark is a physiotherapist and Marietta is a group fitness expert and between them, they have over 50 years of experience. Together they have joined forces to create a program that to create a fun and effective form of exercise that is accessible to everyone and that means anyone from beginners to athletes. This program is pelvic floor safe and will help improve bone strength.
mSwing is portable, light and can be performed anywhere. There is no licence, no specific music requirements and no ongoing training to be a certified mSwing instructor. So any instructor that would like to teach mSwing, you just have to complete this online training.
