Interval training has been an effective form of program design as a form of sports conditioning. Learn how to apply this method of training into an aqua aerobics class without the use of drills. Marietta will explain how to use common aqua moves (and a few new ones) in an interval format to provide an intense and effective workout, while also catering for the beginner exerciser.

Stir fried and full of goodness this noodle session is packed full of ideas of how to use the noodle to develop cardiovascular fitness, upper body strength and provide challenging suspended exercises appropriate for both shallow or deep water.
