Noodles in the Deep
A whole deep water class and only using the noodle for buoyancy? The versatile noodle is often used in the shallow end of the pool, but when taken to the deep, it can add a level of appeal that your regular participants will enjoy. This session will demonstrate how the noodle can be used for suspended, supported and resisted exercises that will challenge cardio fitness as well as upper body strength with options to provide your less able participants.
Classical music moves people in profound ways. Combine this with weightless movement and you have a winning combination. Using classical music to provide endless creative choreography ideas, Marietta demonstrates how to use the highs and lows of familiar tracks to entertain and elevate intensity and physical vibrations. This is a deep water workout that has to be experienced.

The Fascia Conversation
Muscle activation has long been the primary focus regarding movement in water. More recently, a newer conversation about the role on fascia in effective exercise biomechanics has become more prevalent. This session will cover basic information about what fascia is and it’s role in the body. Find out how movement in water can be enhanced when fascial lines and slings are considered when performing aqua exercises.
