Gymstick on land and in water!
The Aqua Gymstick’s foam grip is made from a close cell foam preventing absorption of water and the bands are chlorine resistant. The bands differ from the Original and Telescopic versions as they only have one loop for the feet and the ends can not be exchanged. The Aqua Gymstick can certainly be used on land, however DO NOT use an Original or Telescopic (including the Boot Camp) in water.

I came back from Filex all fired up about the pelvic floor. I spoke to the local incontinence physio, Zunnelle, who comes to my classes. We have 2 months off in Winter so it all seemed to take ages to get up and going. In the meantime though, Zunnelle went to a conference and came back all enthusiastic. It was all so easy to get going. Zunnelle agreed to speak at a morning tea after a class. I’d advertised it at other classes and we had 48 people come. The talk was clear and informative and produced and many questions and much discussion. Zunnelle and I worked out a simple way to bring it into all classes.
I have had really positive feedback from, different ages who had quite differing problems.
I hope other instructors will give it a go as it has been so much easier than I thought it would be.
Thanks for all your help Marietta!
