Leap, Bound and Ball Change

Written by Marietta

March 21, 2014

Leap to cardiovascular intensity

Bound through interesting choreography

And add a ball change to spice it all up.

This session will demonstrate how to create layers of intensity and interest with rhythm, direction and levels of impact. Starting with standard base moves, Marietta will demonstrate how each layer is built using logical and clear learning curves. Not for the faint hearted, but perfect for those who want to add more bounce into their workouts.
