3D Hi/Lo Bounce

Add bounce to your choreography and create the third dimension. Using progressive teaching methods, Marietta will demonstrate how to layer basic movements to develop dynamic and interesting choreography. Experience the intensity that can be created with rhythm and leaps that will take your hi/lo to another cardiovascular level. This session will ensure that your participants leave your classes flushed, sweaty and smiling.

Aims and Objectives

  • Demonstrate how to create intensity by using various leaps and rhythm changes
  • Demonstrate how to get to the end product with learning curves that do not lose intensity
  • Provide 4 blocks of choreography with a strong emphasis on learning curves
  • To demonstrate how hi/lo choreography can provide a workout that keep heart rate in training zone
  • To provide detailed notes so that participants can re teach choreography in their own classes
