A deep water experience! No drills or sprints instead this session will be filled with ideas and concepts not used in conventional deep water classes. Explore the many movement options and different exercises that can be utilized to give your regular aqua participants a workout that they will remember. Marietta will not only use the standard buoyancy belts, but also the OKEO ankle float to demonstrate how deep water can be a moving experience!
