I have been a fitness instructor and educator for over 30 years. It’s my life, my passion, and it excites me every day. I can still remember when I started working out. I was surprised to discover that I couldn’t do everything that other people could. I felt embarrassed and like a failure. But I persevered and learned more about my body, and realised that there were many other people with different abilities and skill levels like me.
