different aqua tools to create a workout that is a wet force to be reckoned
with! Mixing traditional pieces - dumbbells and noodles, Marietta will explore ranges of movement,
changes in tempo and interesting exercise combinations that will keep you
inspired for months. Comprehensive notes will also be provided so that you can
enjoy the experience without worrying about not having ideas on paper.

A deep water experience! No drills or
sprints instead this session will be filled with ideas and concepts not used in
conventional deep water classes. Explore the many movement options and different
exercises that can be utilized to give your regular aqua participants a workout
that they will remember (this workshop uses buoyancy belts and dumbbells).
