My passion it to teach and educate. I think it is what I was born to do. Not only do I teach regular group exercise and aqua workouts, but also everything from grass roots education - Cert III and IV in fitness and group exercise to CEC workshops for qualified instructors and personal trainers and at fitness conventions in Australia and overseas. Being in a position to share what I am passionate about, ultimately fulfils my personal goals, helping people have healthier and happier lives. With so many changes in opinion and research in the fitness industry, it is now more important than ever to keep up to date. This industry has become very competitive and those who are not interested in keeping up to date, find themselves either bored with their own workouts or drop out of the industry because they cannot keep up with the competition.
