I participated in the “So You Want to be a Presenter” course in 2005 and since then have had the opportunity to present in many different forums.

The course really gave me the confidence and push that I needed to realise that what I had to offer would be of benefit to many instructors and I felt very excited about sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm.

It also opened my eyes to all the opportunities that exist in the fitness industry outside the gym or class environment.  I have been able to bring versatility, flexibility and variety to my career, I also feel very rewarded and fulfilled in that I know I have extended myself and created a fantastic future.

I felt extremely lucky to have been taught by the best and to now be working along side some of the best presenter known both nationally and internationally.

Try to get to know Marietta Mehanni and you will find that she is a fitness maniac, burned with passion to get everyone moving. You cannot be helped but to be motivated, inspired and influenced by her. Marietta’s generosity, caring and hardworking spirit is well known. Not to mention her popularity and the wealth of experience in fitness arena as a national and international presenter, lecturer, mentor, educator, coordinator, writer and instructor. She has earned her success, and gains many great tips/knowledge by working through many challenges, without giving up. Her achievements are recognized by many awards and living testimonial of others, who were taught or mentored by her – many, became highly skilled and sough after instructors, and presenters. I am also one of the very lucky one to be mentored by her. Starting as a participant in her class (not knowing how to do cut the corner), to becoming an instructor and now a presenter.

I have been one of the very luck ones to not only be training by Marietta Mehanni in my initial Group Exercise Course but also be mentored by her. During Marietta's training and mentoring I have not only learnt how to be a good instructor from her clear instructors and amazing knowledge but she has also gotten me to achieve many of my goals and is continuing to help me. The time and encouragement she has and continues to give me is just simply amazing. With her training, advise and continued mentoring I have been able to become an instructor of many programs, lecturer, presenter nationally and internationally, a group x manager in Singapore and the list goes on. We are now living in different countries but whenever I see her I continue to learn and grow from her presentations and even just our conversations. I can clearly say she is the most knowledgeable, kindest and generous mentor I could ever ask for. She is simply the best!    

Marietta has the rare and precious gift of being truly natural and intuitive educator. Combining solid theory with artistic flair, she can step inside the head of any student and teach exactly what they need to know at that time - whether a brand new instructor struggling with the basics or a fresh presenter looking to hone their advanced presentation skills.  Her clarity and sound methods mean what she teaches stays with you always and no matter how far you climb, each step on the way is accessible and easy to achieve.

My first foray into the presenting world was through my mentor Marietta, who introduced me to the Presenters Inc course. During one of our mentoring sessions I remember asking Marietta about presenting and she then got the ball rolling.

This course is very unique and one of a kind, it encompasses the essence of presenting, what is involved, how to get started. It is almost like a road map with step by step directions.

I gained an invaluable insight and learnt how to streamline and prepare a presenter application, create my bio, work on workshop descriptions and marketing my self.

The course presented by Marietta together with few other leading presenters gave me the confidence to get started and Marietta since then has mentored me to do many presentations and run my own workshops.

It is an amazing experience to spend a weekend actively learning and putting what you learnt into practice and hearing Marietta and other’s share their experience and journey.

From the time I heard about Presenters Inc and then going on to do the course, which is now a good few years, it sparked a passion in me that was so intense that I knew I had chosen the right path and I have not looked back since.

I am so very grateful for the course and Marietta for sharing her love and passion and devoting time to encourage and groom other instructors wanting to take their career to the next level.

Last  Friday after our class we were all talking over coffee about how much we enjoy your classes. Your committment and professionalism to all of us is great. The way you are always on time, routine worked out, music organised, showing us respect and we hopw we do the same to you.

You explain how each exercise is of benefit to some area of our bodies, and how we can improve our overall health by giving your 110% in your classes. In other words, you care. Perhaps we don't how you enough how much it means to us to have a committed, enthusiastic, expert teacher. We love your classes and would be lost without them.

It brings a quality of life, health and fitness that seems harder to achieve as we age, but doing your classes is empoweing and uplifting to use all. Thank you. You are unique.

You have little idea how much of an inspiration you have been to me. Right before the SCW conference, I was totally feeling beat up by this industry and pretty much ready to quit it. I almost didn't attend the conference, because I only needed 1 hour to renew my ACE cert and since I was thinking of giving up anyway why bother.
