7pm - 7:45pm This is an intermediate aqua aerobic workout though beginners are welcome. This workout attracts a wide range of shapes and sizes, so no one could possibly feel uncomfortable here. Marietta teaches this workout with three aims in mind. 1) To improve fitness and increase heart rate 2) To improve physical strenght 3) To have fun during the class To achieve the three aims, she incorporates challenging cardiovascular exercises as well as use of aquatic tools to incorporate strength.
