Falling off the stage - at least 20 times in my career. Once I swore so loud that the manager came running from across the club to see what had happened.
Falling in the pool whilst teaching an aqua class. This happened recently... the microphone died (well I suppose I killed it) and I taught the rest of the class with soggy underwear
Splitting my pants - at least 3 times - in the front, on the side and at the back. Burping quite loudly on the microphone - one of those long "I could not help myself" ones (well at least I have not left the microphone switched on whilst visiting the bathroom... not yet anyway
I've suffered a severe asthma attack, I've passed out 3 times (from exhaustion), and also had to run to the toilet several times during one class due to a kidney infection
I once had a singing telegram come into my class and sing to me on my 21st birthday - organised by the members with some help from loving partner...
And my all time favourite embarrassing moment - I was wearing a ponytail extension (I was trying to grow my hair) - and as you may have guessed, my hair piece literally flew off my head and landed on the other side of the stage. Well, there was not much I could do, but go and get it and put it in my bag with a smile.
These are my most recent bloopers As presenting sessions have now increased overseas, I am often in places that I am not familiar with. I usually try to update myself with a bit of geography and I have slipped up just recently. A couple of months ago, I was invited to Kuwait to present Gymstick workshops. Well, I did not check up on my geography and emailed the organisers to tell them how excited I was about visiting Dubai. I was then informed that I was not flying to Dubai, instead Kuwait. Still confused (I thought that Dubai was the capital of Kuwait), I also got an email from the Australian Gymstick distributor who kindly informed me of my massive error. I had not realised that the capital of Kuwait, was Kuwait. So there I was about to fly to Dubai, thinking that I was going to be in Kuwait.

"Well, when you have been teaching for as long as I have, there are bound to be some moments that are quite embarrassing. I have had my fair share over the year, the following being some of the 'highlights'..."
