Interval training has been an effective form of program design as a form of spots conditioning. Learn how to apply this method of training into an aqua aerobics class without the use of drills. Marietta will explain how to use common aqua moves (and a few new ones) in an interval format to provide an intense and effective workout, while also catering for the beginner exerciser (this workshop uses dumbbells).
