Achievements

achievement.pngI consider teaching my classes on a daily basis an achievement. For each class I spend time preparing and planning for a workout that will help my participants to achieve their fitness goals. Making my classes fun is also very important, as I realise that exercise can be a challenge for some. Creating a smile is on someone's face is important to me. I teach everyday, so to not enjoy the experience with those who choose to participate in my classes, would certainly make it a hard way to earn money.

I also consider my lecturing, presenting and mentoring an achievement. Working with new instructors, seeing them develop into effective and powerful leaders in fitness is very fulfilling. I am proud to work along side individuals who share the same passions and want to pass it onto the public as well as to their peers. Educating other professionals in how to deliver either a program or presentation, how to enjoy the process and how to take their next step forward is very rewarding.

Finally, I am passionate about 'what I do'. I think that to have a career in something that motivates you on a daily basis is an achievement. To recognise that you make a difference and can influence other people's decisions in their health and fitness is a big responsibility, but the outcomes are amazing. It gives me a smile and a purpose everyday."

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
